Mkay buttons work, display works.

Finally eliminated the possibilitiy of re-using the extEEPROM library - just to much of a mess. Means will have to rewrite all the data storage in LittleFS, but that is pretty easy. Might not be efficient, but it's easy.

First off I need to convert this repo to GitHub like I did with the previous attempts. This is going smoother and I expect it's the final form.
