The RUPO Act

What? You have never heard of this act? Maybe because no-one has the balls to face facts. I propose the following legislation:

The "Rigged Until Proven Otherwise" Act

Seriously, in the States they really have it all ass-backwards. EVERY election should stand under a cloud of suspicion that can only be dispersed by POSITIVE PROOF that the election was completely fair and untainted by shenanigans.
